Terms & Conditions

Cancellation / Refunds

The acceptance of a student’s enrolment at CAREER COMPASS means that a place has been reserved for the student at CAREER COMPASS. In cases where that place is cancelled by the Fee Payer, the following charges shall apply:

• Before the Programme starts – 50% of the enrolment or tuition fees paid to CAREER COMPASS will be refunded
• In the middle of the Programme – No refund for the term / semester
• If cancellation is due to any unforeseen extenuating circumstance, CAREER COMPASS reserves the right to evaluate and adjudicate the circumstances to process the refund, if any.

Late arrival

CAREER COMPASS has attributed credits to attendance of each course. In such cases, the students might lose either proportion or entire set of credits.

Medical provision

CAREER COMPASS reserves the right to adjudicate and to evaluate the circumstances to refund fees when the student is absent (from Programmes) due to illness or injury or other emergency, unforeseen event or change in personal circumstances.

Intellectual Property Rights

• All content, including study materials, handouts, and teaching aids provided in physical classes, are the intellectual property of Career Compass or its licensors, protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, record, or resell any content without our express written permission.
• Study materials are for educational use only.

Non-Compliance and Disciplinary Actions

Failure to comply with the above guidelines may result in the following actions:

• A verbal warning for minor infractions.
• A formal written warning for repeated misconduct.
• Temporary or permanent suspension from classes without any fee refund for severe violations.
• Legal action may be initiated for any activity that violates Indian laws, such as vandalism, theft, harassment, ragging, or use of illegal substances.
• Any student found to have misled Career Compass as to their qualification, medical or psychological history, learning difficulties, and prior criminal history will be subject to expulsion without recourse to refund of tuition fees already paid.

Data Protection

Any information provided to the College may be held on computer and shall be used by the College in accordance with its data protection registration and the data protection principles.

CAREER COMPASS gathers the data and also share with ACCA institute for the use of Result Service. Result service is the mechanism of gathering student data to allow for the analysis of pass rates.

Complaints

Any complaints from any students are welcomed. Student can submit the complaints via email at complaints@careercompass.co.in

This email id is operated by admin staff. Your complaint will be reverted within 2 working days. We will mention in the reply that what are the steps we will take to resolve the issue.

Once we receive the complaint, we assure you to resolve the issue withing 15 working days. If complaint or issue is not resolved or reverted or if student don’t want to share the issue with admin staff then they can directly reach out to the director of instate at dipan@careercompass.co.in

Any student that wishes to make a complaint to ACCA regarding your institution will be advised to follow your institution’s complaints procedure first. If the complaint is not handled to their satisfaction, the student then has the option to escalate their complaint to ACCA. If a student has exhausted both your complaints process and ACCA’s, they can escalate to the appropriate regulator. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to enrolled students or displayed at our physical premises. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Termination

Career Compass reserves the right to terminate your access to lectures at any time if you violate these Terms and Conditions. Legal action may be taken under Indian laws for severe breaches.
